Seafood Symphony Recipe

Ingredients:


1 kilo mussels (boiled, take out shell)

2 pack artificial crab meat

1/ 4 kilo fish fillet

1/2 kilo sea cucumber

1/4 kilo squid

1/4kilo shrimps

1 stem celery

1 small head broccoli

1 pc carrots

1 can mushroom bottoms

1 onion quartered



PROCEDURE:

Slice fish in bite size then soak in butter then fry, set aside. Peel shrimps, set aside. Boil sea cucumber and slice in ½ inch strip. Boil vegetables in beef sauté oil drop in onions and all seafood’s except crab meat. When done, arrange in a bowl and toss the sauce. Arrange in oval platter then garnish with crab meat.



SAUCE

2 boxes fresh milk

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 pcs shrimp cubes

½ cup grated cheese

50 grams butter



PROCEDURE:

In a sauce pan, melt the butter and fill in cornstarch, when dissolved pour milk and continue whisking, mix grated cheese and shrimp cubes.

When liquid turns to sauce, set aside
